Fixcollege was founded in 2020 by two young men with a background in information engineering, Mr. Chang and Mr. Hsieh. Their goal was to provide fast, reliable, and safe repair services, including battery and assembly replacement.

Over time, Fixcollege has grown in size and influence, guided by a service-oriented and customer-focused philosophy. It was the first in Taiwan to introduce a series of lifetime warranties and pioneered face-to-face repair services, offering safe, transparent, and excellent service quality, which fostered a mutually supportive partnership with customers. The company has also expanded its business to include accessories, parts, and customized services.

Originally known as Apple Repair, with a focus on Apple products, Fixcollege has continually enhanced its team's expertise and customer service quality to provide more diversified repair services. It has been officially named Fixcollege since 2023.

Today, Fixcollege has five branches across the metropolitan area, with a professional repair team and over a thousand lifetime warranty customers. Our services encompass technology, products, consultation, and training, as we continue to advance and apply professional technology and the highest level of service.
